Welcome to Tour Booking Platform. By booking a tour, accessing our website, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before securing your travel arrangements to Egypt.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (generally 25% of the total tour cost, or 50% during peak seasons like Christmas/New Year) is required to secure your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival or upon arrival in Egypt, as detailed in your specific booking agreement.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise specified, all rates are quoted and payable in USD or the equivalent in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the official exchange rate on the day of payment.

2. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to obtain necessary entry requirements for Egypt. This includes a passport valid for at least six months from your arrival date and an Egyptian tourist visa (which can often be obtained upon arrival or via e-Visa depending on your nationality).

3. Flexibility and Itinerary Changes

Our itineraries are designed to offer the best experience. However, local factors in Egypt such as weather, flight delays, Nile lock closures, or archaeological site closures may require us to alter the schedule. Tour Booking Platform reserves the right to modify the itinerary for your safety and convenience without prior notice, maintaining the quality of the tour.

4. Liability

Tour Booking Platform acts only as an agent for passengers in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, or any other services. We do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, danger incidents, fire, breakdown in machinery, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or medical customs regulations.

5. Special Requests and Health Requirements

Any special requests (e.g., dietary, room location, accessibility) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Travelers must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel. Certain ancient sites and tombs may involve extensive walking, uneven surfaces, or steep stairs.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By remitting a deposit or final payment, the client signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
